To be honest, I have always wanted to be the type of woman who finds a signature scent and sticks to it till years later. However, my personality type insists that you can never have too much of a good thing! I absolutely love playing around with different perfumes because I feel as if a fragrance is that last accessory touch to complete an outfit. This is why I have grown a small curated perfume collection so I can swap out different scents based upon the season, my mood, and my outfit. There are some fresh perfumes to hit the market that I have been eyeing up for the summer! All of these are collectively sweet and alluring but can certainly be worn into fall and beyond.

Miss Dior Rose N’Roses Eau de Toilette

 

This is a nice update to the classic Dior signature scent. As the name suggests, the main notes are rose with supporting touches of mandarin and white musk. This eau de toilette would definitely be categorized as floral but the citrus scents balance the overall scent so it is not too overpowering. If you close your eyes and take a deep breath of this perfume, you’ll feel teleported to a beautiful field of flowers along the coast of Italy. It’s a must if you are into floral, feminine perfumes!

CK Everyone Eau de Toilette

 

For those who prefer clean, fresh perfumes they can wear everyday, regardless of the occasion, this is the one for you. The CK Everyone Eau de Toilette is genderless and celebrates the freedom of self-expression. The amazing thing about it is that it’s vegan and made with natural ingredients (even a naturally-derived alcohol). CK Everyone includes hints of blue tea accord and cedarwood. This is definitely a scent you can wear no matter what time of year.

If you prefer a scent that will literally stop a passing stranger in their tracks, I present to you Moschino’s Toy Boy (already sold out at Sephora, but in stock here). As soon as you smell this, you will be captivated by a deep, alluring fragrance. The key notes include bergamot, clove buds, and vetiver (an essential oil harvested from Haiti). This is a really intoxicating, powerful fragrance so it may not be the best for casual wear. However, this perfume is considered warm and spicy, which is perfect for a hot, summer date night.

When it comes to long lasting, beautiful perfumes, Jo Malone will continue to be one of my favorites! They never disappoint me and this scent is absolutely divine. It reminds me of the honeysuckle bushes I stumble upon during trips to the park. It is such an insanely sweet smell that definitely reminds me of summertime. It also contains davana (aromatic herb) and moss, making it overall a warm, floral perfume. Lastly, this limited edition Marc Jacobs perfume is fruity and floral. I love it because it smells bright and cheerful which makes it a perfect pairing for my more colorful, flirty summer outfits. The fruity notes come from apricot which smells absolutely divine! I almost want to stock up because I know this will not be part of their permanent fragrance lineup.
