Former Garsen MP Danson Mungatana has been arrested for obtaining money by false pretences.
Mungatana, who once served as an assistant minister, was nabbed at the Sagret Hotel in Nairobi on Tuesday evening.
He was taken to Nairobi Area Police headquarters.
