Tuesday’s game in Philadelphia between the New York Yankees and Philadelphia Phillies has been postponed, according to ESPN’s Jeff Passan and multiple reports.
The postponement was first reported by the New York Post, which also reported that the Yankees will leave Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon to return to New York, where they will practice at Yankee Stadium.
It will mark the second consecutive matchup between the clubs postponed after 13 members of the Marlins’ travelling party tested positive for coronavirus. On Tuesday, sources said that another four Marlins tested positive.
The Marlins spent the past weekend in Philadelphia playing the Phillies.
