Since beating Arsenal at the beginning of the month on the road, Brighton are winless in their last three matches. The Seagulls suffered a 1-0 defeat at home in their last outing against Sheffield United, while VAR chalked off another two goals for the Blades. Graham Potter’s men are sitting in 13th place, although they’re only five points clear of the relegation zone. Brighton cannot afford to rest on their laurels due to the tight nature of the league this season.

Tottenham were humbled last time out suffering a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Chelsea on home soil. Willian scored a brace, including a penalty, to see off Jose Mourinho’s men and strengthen their hold on the final place in the top four. Spurs allowed frustration to get the better of them as Son Heung-min was dismissed for kicking out at Antonio Rudiger, putting the cap on a bad day at the office from the Lilywhites. Tottenham have to respond this afternoon to get back on track in their pursuit of Champions League football next term.

Good afternoon and welcome to the live commentary of the Premier League clash between Tottenham and Brighton and Hove Albion at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
