Although brands aren’t everything when it comes to fashion, there are some labels I find I am incredibly loyal too at different times of the year. Style and quality is imperative, especially during the colder months when you really need clothing that is not only cute but practical. These pieces usually come at a higher price tag but are so worth it if you’re looking to survive winter up north. And they’ll eventually pay off when you consider the cost per wear over time. So if you are looking to revamp your closet for the colder months, here are some of my must have winter fashion brands that are worth checking out!
Apparis
A faux-fur coat always makes me feel some type of way and is the perfect outerwear option for all your winter holiday soirees (or if you just feel like being extra bougie one day). When it comes to faux-fur, no one does it better than Apparis. They kill it in terms of chic, luxe coats and their products come guilt-free as they really hone in on sustainability practices. Each coat is vegan, cruelty-free, and created with low-impact dyes.
Tibi
I can always rely on Tibi for more minimal, almost androgynous styles. In the winter, I love playing with different, slouch silhouettes and this brand certainly has this look down pat. Tibi is a great resource for items like draped outerwear, menswear inspired suits, and loose trousers. Plus,
their accessory game is just as good and pairs so well with the aforementioned looks!
Needle & Thread
Winter obviously brings an influx of party invitations so it is crucial to have that one brand you can always rely on for some killer looks. Needle & Thread has been my go-to this past season because of their expertise in embellishment and embroidery, which is ideal for your Christmas or NYE look. Each dress has the most beautiful, feminine silhouette that looks so incredibly flattering on.
Paris Texas
I am all about the statement boots as soon as the temperatures seemingly drop. A brand that has since blown up since the inception of the season is Paris Texas. If you happen upon a photo of amazing knee-high croc-embossed boots, chances are it is this brand. They are absolutely killing it in the shoe game and has been a staple in my winter wardrobe.
Chinti & Parker
Another cold weather necessity are knits! I like to step out of the box and go after some non-traditional sweaters to keep my looks interesting. Chinti & Parker are a one-stop shop for all your knit dreams. Their use of bold colors and eye catching prints provide such an updated look that is hard to resist.
Ganni
On the more affordable end of winter essentials is Ganni! Hailing from Copenhagen, the brand knows a thing or two about staying warm and their winter collections prove it every year. I love the modern spin they put on classic silhouettes and the prices are pretty reasonable too. Think wool blend knits, tech pants, and oversized leather coats.
I am always on the lookout for new labels to have on my radar! Which fashion brands are you loving this winter season?
