90′ + 2′ FULL-TIME: CHELSEA 3-0 BURNLEY

90′ + 1′ The Blues are set to complete the league double over Burnley for the first time since 2009-10, following their 4-2 victory at Turf Moor in the reverse fixture.

89′ The tempo of this one has started to drop dramatically now as we edge closer to confirmation of a comfortable Chelsea win.

87′ McNeil stands over another free-kick to the left of goal. He decides to have another pop at goal, but he leans back and blazes this one over the bar.

85′ OVER! Hudson-Odoi floats a corner to the back post and Christensen rises highest to meet it, but he can only steer his header just over the top of the bar!

83′ Abraham and Barkley both see shots blocked as Burnley put their bodies on the line to force the Blues backwards.

81′ A promising Chelsea attack comes to an end as Mount inadvertently shanks his attempted cross straight out of play for a goal-kick. He sees the funny side, at least.

79′ SAVE! Hudson-Odoi cleverly slips Mount in and the midfielder meets it first-time in the box on the slide, but Pope is there to keep it out from close range!

77′ It’s all Chelsea at the moment and Burnley are simply hanging on as they deal with wave after wave of attacks.

75′ SAVE! The ball is sprayed to Willian on the left and he takes a touch before striking high towards the top corner of the near post with his weaker foot, but Pope tips it over the bar!

73′ Hendrick is replaced by Vydra as Dyche looks to add fresh legs to his attack.

71′ CHANCE! James is released down the right and fizzes an inviting low ball across the face of goal that Abraham just can’t get to! Willian then fires over as he gets to it on the opposite flank.

69′ Hudson-Odoi lifts the ball over Taylor with a clever touch and sprints round him, but his cross from the byline is disappointing and straight into the arms of Pope.

67′ MISS! What a chance for Abraham! Mount lofts a lovely ball into the box for Abraham, who found space at the near post, but he gets his header badly wrong and skews it well wide from a great position!

65′ SAVE! Hudson-Odoi works a yard on the right and finds Mount at the byline, who fizzes a low ball to the near post for Abraham, but his effort is saved and Willian can’t steer the loose ball back at goal!

63′ Burnley’s spell of possession comes to an end and they’re back to defending in a low block as Chelsea pile pressure on once again.

61′ Burnley get their foot on the ball for a period but they can’t quite create anything with it. It’s an opportunity to rest in possession, if nothing else.

Burnley

59′ Lennon clatters recklessly into Mount and it’s a very poor challenge by the Burnley winger. It’s just a yellow, however.

56′ NO PENALTY! Willian gets into the box and runs into Lowton before going to ground, but the referee sees that as an innocent coming-together and waves away the appeals.

Burnley

54′ Westwood picks up a yellow card for a poor challenge on Mount.

52′ That strike is Hudson-Odoi’s first Premier League goal for Chelsea.

51′ There’s a VAR check for a possible offside. Hudson-Odoi is onside from the initial cross but if Abraham, who jumped to try and head it, got a touch, the winger would be receiving the flick-on in an offside position. The check rules that the striker did not touch the ball, however, and the goal stands!

Chelsea

49′ Mount got forward down the left, turned and laid the ball off for Azpilicueta, who flighted an excellent ball towards the back post for the young winger!

Chelsea

49′ GOAL!! HUDSON-ODOI MAKES IT 3-0! Azpilicueta whips a cross in towards the back post and Hudson-Odoi arrives to steer in Chelsea’s third! Surely that’s game over now.

48′ Chelsea work the ball into the box well, but there’s one pass too many between Mount and Abraham and Willian ends up taking the shot on from a tight angle and seeing it blocked.

46′ We’re back under way for the second half.

Dyche will not be happy at the break. Lowton’s needless challenge on Willian and Pope’s error have allowed Chelsea to take a commanding lead into half-time. In addition, several Blues challenges on Clarets players have gone unpunished, with no less than three visiting players needing treatment for head injuries.

There goes the half-time whistle! Chelsea lead at the break through Jorginho’s penalty and Abraham’s header, while Burnley had a Hendrick goal ruled out for offside as well as seeing Mee’s effort blocked off the line by Barkley. It’s 2-0 to the Blues at the break!

45′ + 5′ HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 2-0 BURNLEY

45′ + 4′ Hendrick is down with a head injury and has to be taken to the sidelines for treatment. It doesn’t look serious and he should be okay to continue.

Burnley

45′ + 2′ McNeil earns the first yellow card of the game for a poor challenge on Barkley.

45′ + 1′ Burnley are searching for a way back into the game, but they look devoid of ideas at the moment.

44′ Mount has a pop from outside the box, but Pope gets down to keep it out in the bottom-left corner.

42′ Abraham is then caught offside twice in quick succession as Azpilicueta and Rudiger both look to play the ball direct to him.

40′ SAVE! James gets free in the box and thumps an effort at goal from a sharp angle on the right, but Pope makes himself big and blocks it away off his thigh!

Chelsea

38′ James surged down the right and found Abraham in the middle with a fine cross from the byline.

Chelsea

38′ GOAL!! ABRAHAM MAKES IT 2-0! James crosses from the right and Abraham meets it unmarked in the box. His header is fairly central, but Pope hesitates as Mee sprints back next to him to try and block it and the two end up getting in each other’s way, allowing the ball to bounce in! Chelsea double their lead and Burnley only have themselves to blame again.

37′ Tarkowski is down after taking an elbow to the head from Rudiger. Dyche is furious, but no card is forthcoming! Thankfully, the defender looks like he’s able to carry on.

35′ OFF THE LINE! McNeil swings a corner in and Mee rises highest to power a header at goal, but it’s blocked magnificently off the line by Barkley, and it narrowly evades Hendrick. Wood can’t steer it in and then Cork’s efforts is blocked behind for a goal-kick!

33′ SAVE! McNeil stands over a free-kick in almost exactly the same position as for Hendrick’s disallowed goal, but this time he shoots towards the bottom-left corner and forces a low stop out of Kepa!

31′ Burnley earn a couple of free-kicks in midfield as they look to drag themselves up the pitch and get out of their half.

29′ Burnley were coping with Chelsea, but that reckless, unnecessary challenge from Lowton has gifted the Blues an advantage and the Clarets will be forced to commit more men forward now.

Chelsea

27′ GOAL!! CHELSEA TAKE THE LEAD! Jorginho puts his penalty away in trademark style, waiting to see where the goalkeeper was going before placing it in the opposite corner.

26′ PENALTY! Willian charges towards the byline down the left and takes a heavy touch, but Lowton clatters into him recklessly and concedes a spot-kick!

25′ Wood is still bleeding but is pushing through as the lone front-man, with both Barnes and Rodriguez absent from the squad and only Vydra on the bench.

23′ Burnley are not letting up and continue to compete high up the pitch, pressing and harrying Chelsea as they try to play out of their own half.

21′ Chelsea are holding the ball well as they look to take the sting out of Burnley’s momentum following that disallowed goal.

19′ VAR takes a look at the incident, but comes to the conclusion that the linesman’s decision was correct and the goal remains disallowed.

18′ NO GOAL! McNeil whips a free-kick into the box that finds Mee unmarked in the middle. He heads back across goal for Hendrick to nod in at the back post, but the flag is up for offside!

16′ Chelsea pile the pressure on, forcing a couple of corners, but Burnley just about defend them and get the ball clear.

14′ Abraham charges into the box and looks to have worked a shooting angle, but Mee slides in to make an important intervention! The striker appeals for a penalty, but it looked a great challenge!

12′ There’s a break in play as Wood stays down following an aerial duel with a bloodied nose. He is forced off the pitch to be patched up, temporarily leaving Burnley a man short.

10′ Chelsea think Willian has been released into space down the left by Azpilicueta, but the flag is up for offside against the Spaniard.

8′ Chelsea get numbers forward once more and work the ball wide to Willian, who wins a corner with his cross, but it comes to nothing.

6′ There has been a flurry of goalmouth action early on as Chelsea pour men forward in an attempt to seize the advantage.

4′ James then has a pop from outside the box on the right but he leans back and fires it over the bar!

3′ DEFLECTED WIDE! A short corner is worked to Willian on the left and he darts infield before lashing an effort towards the far corner, but it takes a wicked deflection off Mee and flies past the near post!

1′ Within the opening 30 seconds, Burnley work the ball forward and Hendrick drifts in towards the edge of the box from the left and finds an opening, but skews his shot high and wide of the target.

1′ We’re under way at Stamford Bridge!

This game could see plenty of late goals, as Burnley haven’t scored in the first half of their last nine Premier League matches, while Chelsea have conceded 28% of their league goals in the final 10 minutes of games this season (8/29), the highest percentage of any team.

Burnley have won just one of their 11 Premier League meetings with Chelsea (D3 L7). However, five of the six points the Clarets have won against the Blues in the competition have been at Stamford Bridge (W1 D2 L2).

Similarly, Burnley boss Sean Dyche makes five changes to the team that beat Peterborough 4-2 in their FA Cup outing. Hart, Long and Pieters drop to the bench, while Johan Berg Gudmundsson and Jay Rodriguez drop out due to injury, joining Ashley Barnes on the treatment table. Pope, Taylor, Mee, Westwood and McNeil come into the side.

Frank Lampard retains just five players from the Chelsea side that beat Nottingham Forest 2-0 in the FA Cup last time out. James, Christensen, Barkley, Jorginho and Hudson-Odoi all keep their spots as six changes are made. Christian Pulisic, Marcos Alonso, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and N’Golo Kante are all absent through injury.

Burnley substitutes: Phil Bardsley, Erik Pieters, Kevin Long, Ben Gibson, Ali Koiki, Joe Hart, Matej Vydra.

Burnley XI (4-4-1-1): Nick Pope; Matthew Lowton, James Tarkowski, Ben Mee, Charlie Taylor; Aaron Lennon, Ashley Westwood, Jack Cork, Dwight McNeil; Jeff Hendrick; Chris Wood.

Chelsea substitutes: Kurt Zouma, Fikayo Tomori, Pedro, Willy Caballero, Michy Batshuayi, Emerson, Mateo Kovacic.

Chelsea XI (4-3-3): Kepa Arrizabalaga; Reece James, Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, Cesar Azpilicueta; Ross Barkley, Jorginho, Mason Mount; Willian, Tammy Abraham, Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Chelsea have suffered a number of disappointing results against teams in the bottom half of the table in the last few weeks and will be keen to avoid slipping up again as they host 15th-placed Burnley.

Hello and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Premier League fixture between Chelsea and Burnley at Stamford Bridge.
