President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed former Kenya Defence Forces spokesman Colonel Cyrus Oguna as the new government spokesman.
Colonel Oguna was the face of the military’s public relations activities during the launch of ‘Operation Linda Nchi‘.
He takes over from Eric Kiraithe.
