I have no reason to leave Juve – Khedira
The German midfielder told fans on Instagram that he is happy with the Italian giants
Sami Khedira is determined to stay with Juventus, despite another injury ravaged season.
The 2014 World Cup winning midfielder joined the Serie A champions in 2015, and has a contract with the Turin club until 2021. Despite fitness issues restricting his appearances, he remains committed to the club.
He said on Instagram: “I feel very good in Italy and in the team. I have found a very strong team and I am still hungry for winning many titles. Now I have more confidence in my body and therefore I see no reason to change team. I am very happy at Juventus and Turin.”
The Reds boss is said to have sounded out the Napoli defender ahead of the next window, with the opportunity there for the Senegalese to form a fearsome centre-half partnership with Virgil van Dijk.
Luka Modric and Sergio Ramos are among those tied to terms until 2021, while Dani Carvajal, Raphael Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Isco, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema will see their deals run out 12 months later.
Not all of those will be moved on, but the suggestion is that many may head through the exits in order to make room for fresh faces.
The 19-year-old has endured a tough time at Monaco, but was once one of the most coveted youngsters in Europe and the Red Devils remain keen on acquiring his potential.
Hakimi has attracted interest from across Europe following his exploits during a two-season loan spell at Dortmund, which is set to come to an end.
Juventus move for Santos star Jorge
Juventus are ready to enter negotiations with Santos for 18-year-old forward Kaio Jorge.
Calciomercato reports the Serie A side are eager to add him to Maurizio Sarri’s team immediately.
Although Santos are willing to sell him, they want €30 million (£27m/$33m), whereas Juve are willing to part with €15m for him.
Odion Ighalo is prepared to pass up on a contract worth £75 million ($92m) with Shanghai Shenhua to stay at Manchester United.
The Nigerian striker’s loan at Old Trafford is set to expire and United want to extend it, but Shenhua are not interested in loaning him out again.
France star not interested in San Siro switch
The San Siro side are looking to invest in attack as they could lose Lautaro Martinez to Barcelona this summer and have made the Arsenal striker a top target.
But the France international is not interested in a move to the Nerazzurri and still has two years left on his contract with the Gunners.
Jorginho’s agent Joao Santos has claimed that “two top European clubs” have been in contact over the Chelsea midfielder’s availability.
The Italian midfielder has been linked with a move back to Italy, but his representative says they face interest from elsewhere.
Napoli have been told they will have to pay upwards of €30 million (£27m/$33m) to sign Sardar Azmoun from Zenit this summer.
